Our Hewitt Molding tool transfer process features mold pick-up and delivery and a Journeyman Toolmaker bench review and evaluation. In addition to our tool transfer process, we provide many tooling capabilities. Our complete tool shop is prepared to fix tooling problems, and we have a design team on hand for reverse engineering. We perform preventative maintenance, can complete PPAP requirements and process capability studies if required, and complete and document dimensional checks. We're proud to offer secure storage, a climate controlled environment, and a computer controlled inventory to better meet our clients' diverse needs.
